I had a rebuilt transmission put in my car 11 months ago. I took it back and was told the radiator broke and that the transmission was not salvageable. According to John, I needed a new transmission. This was a complete lie. When I went to get my car, John wouldn't even face me and refused to give me a receipt with his diagnosis until I refused to leave without getting one. He also hung up on me when I questioned his logic. Completely unprofessional shop and not worth your time. You are better off paying a little bit more but having the shop stand behind their work and deal with people in a professional manner.
