I would not even give them a star. What a bunch of rude, ignorant people. My podiatrist suggested this place to repair the heels on some Dansko shoes. When I got to the store the answer I received is that they do not repair low end stuff, exactly word per word as he said it. I also had a purse that needed repair on the strap and again, same answer because he could not find a brand. He couldn't find a brand because the purse is foreign. It wasn't until I specified that both of the purses were over $500 each that he even took the time to check the purses and said that there was nothing to be done. I took them to another shoe repair shop in the Rice neighborhood and they had no problem taking them and repairing them. Don't waste time to even walk into this establishment.
