My husband and I own a small business. So service and professionalism are a must. I called West Coast for an estimate. James(the owner) immedialtely gave me an areial estimate. I was not aware this was even possible and we felt a little concerned that the areial view estimate would greatly differ from an actual inspection. When we told West coast this he said "ok, Then I will come over today and give you an actual. When he got there and looked at it the price was still the same. His workers showed up early the next morning. They worked dilligently. They didn't smoke, cuss or act disrespectable with our property. When they were done they even used a broom to sweep up debree. Our roof was a small job and usually small jobs don't receive this great service. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.
