Lots of mold which I complained about and cockroaches (""waterbugs""). The mold in the bathroom was disgusting; they just painted over it and never eliminated it after I complained. There also was a ton of mold in the air conditioner that I could never eliminate. The mold was even growing under the linoleum in the bathroom. The ceiling also leaked from our upstairs onto our dining room table that made the wood rot, this was not good. I have many mold pictures of the bathroom and many cockroach pictures to show the living conditions. The location is great but I could do without the rest. I once had a cockroach fly from the ceiling onto a friend that was over, talk about embarrassing. Outside we had issues with a sewage pipe that would overflow and we would have raw sewage outside our door until it was cleaned. Usually the same day.
