I will talk about my experience at Reflections for the rest of my life!!! I'm the first to get married in my family and they took such great care of me! I had NO idea what dress i was looking for and Kim was the most splendid woman who helped me find the dress of my dreams!!! She treated me like I was her daughter getting married and made my entire family and maid of honors feel like we were just shopping for dresses in the comfort of our own home!!!! It was so spectacular! Not only was I comfortable around the women that worked there, but we felt as if we were family there! They allowed me some privacy, made sure the dresses were fitted to me properly and didn't push me around to get me in and out of their dresses quickly. They made sure that when i was ready to take a dress off, i was ready! Instead of rushing me because we are wasting her time *cough, cough Bridal impressions* We had an appointment at Reflections at 530 and she worked with us until an hour after they closed!! We felt horrible for keeping them, but they were not having us appologize! She reassured us that as long as we walk out of here satisfied it doesnt matter how late they're here! Also, when i went to purchase my dress the next morning they popped open a bottle of sparkling cider and poured it in a champagne glass and toasted to me for being a bride and congradulated me for buying my dress and gave me a bridal goodie bag filled with discount cards for further wedding planning a pair of free ear rings and snapped some photos of me!!!! IT WAS SO FANTASTIC i felt like a celebrity that just bought a million dollar dress!! Anyhoo! long story short, if you're looking for an amazing dress chosen just for you, great service, friendly, helpful and well rounded consultants then GO TO REFLECTIONS!!! Please don't waste your time at Bridal impressions like I did...they don't make time for you or your feelings and treat you like an inconvience! GO TO REFLECTIONS YOU WON'T REGRET ONE MOMENT OF IT!!!!
