This was our second experience with Fireside Designs and we would use them again in the future. When they first installed it, it was not 100, it seemed like they could have been more thorough in sealing the pipe. Smoke was escaping into the house, not bellowing or anything like that, but there was a definite odor. They came back out and corrected their mistake and we love it.
The one thing that really stood out to me was the people in the showroom. The Sales Reps were very knowledgeable, well-versed and extremely professional. To me, it was probably the best experience throughout the process.
