Fireside Designs are very good. I have no problems with them. I saw them at a local home show, and ended up paying what I was quoted for installing a gas fireplace where I had a wood stove before. As far as putting it in, they explained, delivered, and installed it well. I couldn't ask for more. I'm very happy, and I've been using it since I got it.
