Very poor service. Went in for wedding consultation and felt confident that we were going to choose them, until service went down hill as soon as we walked out of their shop. They told us they would give us a quote in 2-3 days, and it was me emailing them over a week later checking when we should receive the quote before we heard anything back from them. Then after emailing back and forth on ideas we were told we would hear something the next Tuesday and it has been 2 months and still no response back! I'm one for service so I obviously went to a different florist after waiting just 2 weeks for a response from English Garden and the service and response time of the other florist we chose was outstanding; in fact we increased our budget for wedding flowers $1,000! I understand people can get busy and that is fine, but they should atleast tell you that it will take time to get back to us and not promise a follow up if they can't follow through. Poor experience at English Garden and we'll never go back! more
