The technician who performed my duct work cleaning was Jul. He called to alert me he was on his way and he arrived at his appointed time. He clearly explained what he was going to do. He was conscientious about my two cats and was concerned about the noise from the machine that it would scare the cats. I would definitely recommend Ductworks to my friends and family.
