Melcom was very helpful in suggesting that the car we were looking for was not necessarily a Jetta, but a Passat. And he was right. It had all the features we wanted, and the cost was very minimal over the Jetta for all the extras we received in the Passat. Melcom was knowledgable about the features we inquired about, know exactly how to operate the navigation system, bluetooth devices, showed us exactly what was included in the satellite radio and when to expect a call from Sirius regarding a renewal package. I would definitely consider Piazza Volkswagen of Ardmore for my next vehicle purchase.
