I was very unhappy with my experience here and will most definitely not be going back. Despite their original appearance of having great customer service, this turned out to not be the case at all. I was told that my part would be in the next day, and it ended up taking about a week. They didn't think to tell me that the part wasn't in before I brought my car in on the day I told them I would come. I was originally told that it would take 3 hours to complete the repairs, and my boyfriend waited four hours for it to be done, before they finally told him it would be a few more hours and gave him a ride. I later went to pick up my car, and they had still not had time to wash it. After I got home and closely inspected the new side view mirror they had attached, I noticed they didn't paint a section of it. I ended up having to bring my car back for the third time for such a simple repair. Jaime was the man who helped me, and he was never able to be reached and didn't call me back. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
