The owner does not stand behind his products. After we followed his recommendation to buy a new ac unit for some thousands of dollars, it was a lemon. Several of his techs sympathetically tried different fixes. The warranty expired but not the need to replace or fix the unit. We are shocked that, given this history, he hasn't replaced the new unit but wants to be paid more to continue to troubleshoot the lemon. That's simply unfair, dishonorable business practice. Better Business Bureau will approach him but the person on the street doesn't know this.
