The owner doesn't back his product. After he recommended that I spend some thousands of dollars to buy a new ac unit from him, it turned out to be a lemon. We repeatedly asked his service techs (who were sympathetic) come to diagnose, and their conclusions varied. The one consistent element was that the ac wasn't fixed. Then the warranty expired and Hank said he'd have to start charging more to figure out the problem. That's not fair business practice, that's greed and refusal to honor his customer. Deeply frustrating for my family as the weather heats up and we can't afford to start over somewhere else.
