After holding to have to ask a vet tech a simple question about cat pregnancy, then hanging up and calling back asking if the receptionist had forgotten possibly about me by accident, I was told, oh no he was just busy so that's why you were having to wait so long. I then asked, ""could you not of possibly came back on the line and simply told me that instead of just leaving me sitting there waiting"" when she replied, oh look he's ready now, then just automatically transferred my call, which I in return- simply hung up!
Not very professional at all, nor courteous is my only gripe!
