Pall spera is the best real estate company to work with. My experience with them was fantastic. I moved to Vermont to go to school and they provided me with an awesome apartment a mere three blocks from school. Apartment is expensive... but a nice one. And really what can you expect in the city? Additionally, the staff here is awesome, so professional and very attentive to our needs. Placing service requests was so easy; it took about two minutes and could be done online. They were very good about returning phone calls and emails and were very helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything at all. They also maintained the building and had it cleaned weekly. I will highly recommend them to all.
