If you have never ridden a RealRyder bike, it's an absolute must try! It is unlike a regular spin class experience. The bikes lean left and right, providing a total body workout. My Fitness Studio in Mesa is one of two studios in Arizona to offer this experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The studio is brand new and the RealRyder classes are awesome! You won't be disappointed.
