First things first, they don't deserve a star at all! I wouldn't even be giving them one if this site didn't make me in order to proceed. I went here in October of 2010 to find my wedding dress. I found the one that I loved and bought EVERYTHING to go with it from the slip to the earrings. Well my wedding ended up being pushed back due to health and financial issues. When I finally went in to finish paying off my dress and pick everything up (which I had an appointment for), I was DEVASTATED!!! I went to Finishing Touch to pick everything up, and Suzi, couldn't find ANY of my items!!! She told me she would thoroughly search the store after they closed and deliver the items to my house personally. I left feeling completely lost and in tears. I went back to Bridal Exclusives to see if they knew what had happened, and all the store manager could tell me is that ""we've never lost a dress before. That can't be possible. I'm sure it will turn up."" My response to that was ""well obviously it can, cause you just lost everything I had just paid for!!"" She was too busy behind the desk and wouldn't make any time for me or their problem. Every sales person there could hear how ""bridezilla"" I had become. I just couldn't believe it! I left with no answers and no product because my finance and I had plans that night. I couldn't even enjoy our date night because I was so upset about what was going on with my dress and things. Suzi called me late that night to inform me that she couldn't find any of my merchandise. I was devastated! I didn't know whether to cry, or punch something! She told me that I could come back into the store in a couple of days and pick out anything that I wanted, no matter what the price, at no additional charge. Not my ideal situation, since they no longer carried ""my"" dress, but it was better than nothing and I was willing to give it a shot. I went in and found something else that I liked. I don't love it, but after everything, I just want to be done with them. It's been about 2 months since all that happened and so far things aren't going so well. I asked them if everything could just be shipped directly to my house based on the situation and was told no. So I told them that I wanted a phone call every time something came in so that I could come and pick it up and know where my stuff was at all times. They said no problem. I have not received any phone calls at all. I've been the one having to call them! I've found out that everything is in except for my dress (which they said should be here by the first week in June) and my earrings, which they said have been shipped, but they don't know where they are......MAJOR RED FLAG!!!! I swear if they lose anything again, I will go completely NUTS!!! I was told that everything had been shipped to the Bridgeport location and that when my dress and earrings came in, they would be bringing them to Clackamas. I told them no, that I would go and pick it all up in Bridgeport and she gave me the number to call them to set up an appt to go and get it. I've now been trying to call for almost 30 minutes and no one's answering. It has their hours posted online as being open for at least another 2 hours. This has been the WORST experience in the entire process of this wedding!! I would NEVER recommend this company or anyone they're associated with to ANYONE EVER!! I've had 4 people I know either get married this year, or will be getting married later this year, and I've told everyone to stay as far away from this place as possible!!! more
