My family decided to try Espinos for Cinco de Mayo. We were seated within 20 minutes, not too bad, considering they were packed. We ordered their specialty queso dip for an appetizer, a chicken chimichanga, bandito burrito, steak nachos, a childs steak taco meal, and chicken fajitas. To start off our appetizer never came, so we ended up cancelling it. Next, our server forgot to ring in the child's meal so he ended up eating part of everyone else's food until his showed up ( by that time he was full). My husband asked what the difference between the burrito and chimichanga was, he was told the chimi was fried. Unfortunately, his chimi was a burrito. There was nothing fried about it. My fajitas were disgusting. They looked like my peppersteak except it had chicken, and no taste. My expectation of a hot sizzling platter of seasoned meat and vegetables was completely destroyed. The salsa tasted like watered down hot sauce, and the pico de gallo had a plastic after taste. For a $70 meal, I would've better off going to Taco Bell.
