I contacted Done Rite Roofing for a leak in my roof and a squeaky sound I hear especially when it's windy. They returned my phone call immediately, set up an appointment to review my roofing problem, arrived on time to survey the problem and submitted a reasonable estimate. That said, Done Rite Roofing showed an exceptionally high level of customer service and professionalism. They did a great job on my roof and now the leak's gone. Just last week, it rained heavily but there's no leaking at all and even the squeaky sound is gone as they replaced my vent as well.
