No one likes to have their transmission worked on due to the high costs involved. The extremely high level of service and quality of work took a lot of the pain out of the large bill - I was almost happy to hand over the money once the work had been completed.
From the start, communication was frequent and clear. I dropped the car off after hours. The next morning, Ed called me to confirm the cost of the diagnostics and get my permission to continue. Once the problem had been diagnosed, Ed called me again to explain the problem, give me a quote, and get my permission to continue work. A day and a half later, the work was done and the cost was not a penny more than the quote. My car is back on the road and drives like new again.
The level of service at Bell is second to none. There is a reason that they have been around for over 30 years. I highly recommend Bell if you have any transmission problems. I hope I don't have transmission problems in the future, but if I do I know where to go.
