Not sure why they call it customer service 5/27/2012

The weekend before my school group went to DC, I still had not received a confirmation number. I had to put someone else in control of trying to get ahold of them as I would be in charge of a large group and unable to be on hold or take phone calls that are supposed to be within the hour (but are lucky to happen at all). Finally the day before the event I get ahold of a manager who tells me that my project manager (who never answers her phone) has just sent me an email confirmation. When I return to the hotel, I received 2 emails telling me I had to fax it back to make sure I had the tour. So, I do (which is really inconvenient since I am still chaperoning students). With fax confirmation in hand, I receive phone calls that day and on our return trip back that I need t fax them their confirmation. If you want to be unsure of whether or not you have a tour bus and then be harassed at the last minute as if putting things off to the last minute was your fault, this is the tour company for you. And this is not a one time experience. I have given them multiple chances. This is simply how they function. more
