I own a top-of-the-line Ford extended warranty. I took my vehicle in to have the air conditioning system/ heating system fixed on the extended warranty. Ford techs misdiagnosed the problem and only fixed part of the problem (for $100 deductible). Two hours later it didn't work ~ just as before. I took it back within the week. They want to charge me another $100 deductible because it's a second service call.
