We have used them before. So we called them up to fix our upstairs air conditioning. It was leaking water. We have had the unit turned off since last fall. They came out and gave us price of $1800 to fix. We told them that we can't afford that much right now and not to fix the unit. We paid them for the service call and they left. They also left the unit on and while we were out of the house the unit continued to leak water that damaged the downstairs ceiling, wall and wood floors. When we called them up, they told us that they are not responsible for the damage. Customer service means nothing to them. By the way, we got another quote from a reputable company and they quoted $600 LESS!!!
