I once thought the community was wonderful and it is, the residents. However, when my parents passed my family discovered that the community is slow to return money owed to estate and will find any excuse to complicate process. To the point we were forced to hire an attorney and more than 2 years after death of our father and more than one year after death of our mother we are still waiting for more than half of the money owed to the estate.
