I'v e been traveling to Chicago for work. The food in Chicago is excellent, which ultimately results in me eating way too much. In order to balance that, I followed the Fresh Diet 3 days a week. It was perfect for shaving a few pounds off and balancing my eating habits on the other days. The Fresh Diet food was pretty tasty as well.
