This is my second sign-up to this plan. I don't repeat a process if it's not working, and I was very, very impressed with the results of The Fresh Diet. It has changed the way I eat and in a very healthy and positive way. I now eat far more salads and fresh fruit than I ever did before. Also, far more vegetables. I simply feel good on this diet and it has, along with exercise, helped me to lose 17 pounds in about 4 months. This is not a quick weight loss...it's the type of loss that is likely to stick with a real change in eating habits. I'd recommend this diet to anyone.
