I received a gift certificate at Christmas for a 275. package. My daughter bought this for me, but I never received acknowledgement until the end of January after my daughter sent numerous emails and called them about it. They never answer a phone, you get a message to leave a voice mail but I never got call backs. Today I finally got a person and wanted to make an appointment. I was told they had nothing until "summer." That is an ambiguous date, but got the idea they couldn't get me in until August. I was told I could use the package for other services, as I didn't want exactly what the package was for, but then was told they "no longer do those services at their new location" as I asked for something advertised on their website. My whole experience with them thus far has been customer service horrible. I don't even want to bother with this any longer and feel bad for my daughter as she spent a lot of cash for something that I am totally negative about now and don't want. They will not give a refund, so I am going to try to sell it to get her money back. Talk about ruining a nice gift. I won't go there just because their customer service to even get in is so awful. And will write this on every review site when I am not a reviewer or complainer type of consumer.
