I had contacted Guaranteed Comfort to come and install a new water softener and fix the cold water pipes leading into washing machine. Jim came and did an estimate, wrote everything down, took pictures, went over everything with me. They even fixed a leaky pipe that we weren't aware of when they came in to install the water softener! One little mistake was made, but they came back the next week to correct it and everything works great. They even did not mind working with the back door closed to make sure my house cats stayed in the house.
