We used Kountry Klippers for approximately one year, and in the beginning we were pleased with the results. However, it wasn't long before they began charging us a "matting fee." Each time we would pick-up our dog, we were surprised by the bill. We couldn't understand how a dog that was regularly groomed every six to eight weeks, lived indoors, and received regular brushing and baths in between grooming visits could be matted. This wasn't a once or twice occurrence . . . the excessive charges continued until we decided to leave. When we called to express our dissatisfaction the salon's owner became angry and belligerent, she never acknowledged our concerns or cared that we were leaving. Thankfully we were able to discover a more scrupulous groomer.
