My first contact with this store was exceptional. The saleswoman was helpful and friendly. The store didn't have any boots in my size, and the sales lady told me she could get whatever size, style, color, etc I wanted to try on. Unfortunately, when I went back to the store to try on the boots, the owner was working. She is NOT customer friendly, and, when I told her the boots were not what I wanted, she charged me a $15 "restocking" fee.
