come home late 4-25-12 to a backed up drain in the basement. i went online and put a request in for the next day at 8AM, and by 805 they were knocking on the door. We had mike stover # 229, who was knowledge in the plumbing experience and mentioned that he's lived in cleveland his whole life so he was knowledge about the problem. after 6 long hours they cleared the plumbing and ended up finding a bigger problem in the street. i would recommend Mike and Roto Rooter to anyone who is looking for excellent and knowledgable staff.
