Took my car here for the first time. I've been finding some flaws with my current mechanic who I wont mention.
My 4-runner was having a steering vibration problem but already replaced the front rotors and pads at another shop as they said it would solve the problem. Not! . They kept my car half day which is fine because that tells me they're really looking into the problem, diagnosed the problem and drove it home with not an issue and was not charged a dime???!
""Bring it back if it still persists. Drive it over the weekend and come back and pay next week if you feel we fixed it"" Seriously!! A++ on customer service. That's how you get customers to come back! So far so good! It is Thursday and I will go back tomorrow after work to pay them and give them my business from this point on for anything that has to do with my cars. Found my new shop!
Jerry was very helpful and really wants to help you get back on the road. Not try to rip you off. They fix what needs to be fixed.
