Many people knew the Todai was closed a while back, but they never came back to see what's going on now. Well I happened to live just nearby, and they have now re-opened and re-branded as Tomi. I think they have changed some of the chefs and the sushi taste a bit better now, more worthy of the price you pay. The services could still be improved though, more friendliness is still waiting to be had...
