I am a long time customer of TSB. Overall they provide a fast and efficient service. They always know who i am...especially a few of their employees who have been there a while. It does cost $3.50 for a small parcel, but considering the international shipping costs I save tons. The building looks a little run down, but like I said, the service is great.
