Linda Bell/Panda Realty manages a rental property that my wife and I own. Linda is a superb PM, infinitely better than the managers we used previously. She takes care of all aspects of our property with very little input from us. She's found excellent tenants, charges a more than reasonable commission, had no problem giving notice to a troublesome tenant (hired by the previous PM), and keeps the property well maintained. Good PM's are hard to find and we're extremely lucky to have Linda working for us.
