What happenned to the customer is always right and will be listened to? The male owner was arrogant and accused me of complaining to DARC and I told him I didn't. I actually told them he was accomodating and offered me another class. But his rudeness to me was uncalled for and I walked out of studio embarassed ( because he was saying all this in the company of my classmates) and mad that he would not listen to me. He is very arrogant and rude and has bad customer service.
