So after my experience I have to agree with other people who have rated this salon poorly. I took the raving reviews hook, line and sinker. I would give this salon less than 1 star but it is not an option. As a first time customer you would think that you would have at least a minimum consultation, such as how do you normally wear your hair, what styles do you most like, etc. The owner Charlie did not ask me one question and when I tried to explain to her what I wanted she cut me off and did what she wanted. For a highlight, conditioning treatment and ""cut"" it ran me $219.00. Insane. My cut was one of the worst that I have ever had. She has no skill set at all when it comes to cuts. I am going to have to cut at least 4 inches off to correct her ""layering"". It looks like steps. The highlight job was also crappy. The side of my head looks like a spotted hyena, not to mention the top of my head looks grey. I called and was going to have them fix it but with a wedding coming up I will not take the chance and repeat my first mistake. Dumb once, not dumb twice. Will never return and will tell as many people as I can to avoid this place if they value their hair and their money.
