I called to renew my boat insurance today, just like I have every year for the last five years. I talked to Heidi and she was great. Personally, my wife and I have been real lucky and not have had any claims BUT I do know a buddy of mine that has. He is with United, too and had no problems with his claims. I have never heard of anyone having any trouble. My wife found them on facebook, too and by the looks of all those comments people were leaving, they have a lot more happy customers than just us. We even clicked on the LIKE on their page.
We are going to stay with United and I am sure my friends will, too.
I am thinking of getting a bigger boat next year and you can bet I will STILL be calling United.
