There is a reason why people have pessimistic outlooks upon dealerships and if you dont know what I am talking about, go immediately to Town & Country.
Jim, the service consultant, is nothing more than a ""yes"" man. By this I mean everytime we called (notice how I say we called not they called) he would say yes your car will be ready Friday, then Monday, then a week from Tuesday. After the first two weeks of them possessing our car we finally got it back. First they overcharged us. So we told them to just disconnect the radio. Instead they take it out of the dashboard and leave it on our front seat, leaving a gaping hole in the dash. Then our car had a completely flat tire. They offer to put air in it but air isnt going to do anything when there is a nail in it. But they do it anyway to the tune of putting 50 pounds of air in the tire. Who the hell puts 50 pounds of air in a tire? We get the car home and the fuse box top is missing. So we go back. Bring the car home again. Two days later the car doesnt start again. Bring the car back again. Its been almost a month now that we have been going through this. They havent done a thing to the car in 3 weeks. Every time we call they throw it in our face that they gave us the loaner car. Oh so that gives them the right to hold my car until infinity? We need our car because it has a permit for us to park in the lot at the train station to go to work. A loaner car doesnt help us. I am sick and tired of people bsing me. My only hope is that they go out of business. Please people save yourself the headache and dont go here. And if my car isnt given back to me in the condition I left it, we are filing a lawsuit.
