I had to pay Shala $160 for a horrible ash dull coloring while she promised me a warm blond color.
I confronted her with the poor results. She showed no professional attitude at all. She was only willing to help me if I would pay her again. No pride in her work, in the contrary! She is rude, arrogant and not willing to correct her mistakes. If you love your hair, run away from this salon!
