We moved a partial household from Birmingham, AL to Silver Springs, MD. The movers came later on the day they were supposed to arrive than they said they would but as long as they came that day, I was fine with it. They did an excellent job, wrapping up the furniture and packing the truck. They worked hard the whole time. The furniture was delivered the day that they said they would even though they will not guarantee an arrival date. The communication with the sales person was prompt and efficient, as well as the dispatcher. There was a mistake on the weight that was originally used to determine the final price, but even though I had overpaid the agent movers in cash, they refunded the overpayment promptly. Nicole was our sales person and she helped me with the problem and I am extremely happy with the results, not only of the problem resolution but the entire move that went exactly as planned.
