The only reason I'm giving this store one star is that was least you could give. Negative star rating would be more correct. I've also had two experiences with Sunshine furniture, both bad! My 80 year old Mother bought a bed and chair at this store. After transporting these items north to her house and putting the chair mostly together, we discovered that the package contained three arms but all for the same side. The chair had to be disasembled and taken back. This cost me an extra $60 in gas to return the chair and then transport back north again. I should have ran at that point but had already put a leather couch on layaway. When I picked the couch up, they loaded the box into my truck before I could examine. When I got home, I discovered a flaw after only opening the top of the box. Since I had already haul this couch once, had a protection plan, and it was not my fault that is was damaged, I asked them to bring me another in exchange. They refused and said I would have to transport. I told them that if I had to haul both ways again, they could refund my money. I was told that they would exchange but they neglacted to tell me I could not get a refund even if I returned the couch. I reloaded this heavy couch (still in the box), on my own, transported back to the store and at that point was told for the first time, that they do not give refunds. According to the manager, it states ""No Refunds"" on the paperwork. My copy states, ""All Sales Final"" but there is nothing about refunds. They now have the couch and I have no refund. While I've seen places take a nominal restocking fee when something is returned, I have never heard of a store that never gives refunds. Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! Is that the only way they can keep an item sold? I will finish by saying I bought this couch thinking it was on sale. Fool me! The couch sported a big sales tag and according to the salesman , was only one of two left and they would not be ordering again. Imagine my surprise to find out from the cashier when I went to payoff the layaway, that they had plenty. I also noticed that the floor model's regular price tag was the same price as the""sale"" price. Draw your own conclusions. My recomendation would be, STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!
