I can name one by one all the bad experience I have with this auto repair:
1.) I scheduled for oil change. Good thing was that before I drive to freeway , I checked my windshield washer fluid. And I found out that the engine oil cap was missing. I called them , they said they will order one and bring my car after. I couldn't imagine what will happen If I drive without my engine cap.
2.) I went for wheel alignment, they said they can't do that bec. they have to replace my front coil spring/shock. I bring it to other auto repair and they wheel aligned it okay. I told them if there's something wrong with my shock or spring they said it was okay.
3.) They check my brakes , they said they had to replaced the rotor ,too, I asked them if they just do the brakes bec., for me , the rotor seems okay. He insisted that they have a good mechanic and it needs to replace rotor , too. I just follow it bec. I've got no choice at that time.
4.) they want to fix my ""check engine"" light. They said it's really expensive bec, they had to replace in the area near the converter. I said that's too much then they lower the price but they will do different work in my car. They just put a highly concentrated fuel injector fluid in my gas tank. After a week, the ""check engine"" light comes up again until now. But I'm not going to bring it back to that shop again. Right now, there's a nice place in vine street that's reliable and won't rip you off.
