I am from the Mason/West Chester area and I recently got engaged. I spent a couple months shopping for the perfect ring. Brad spent nearly 6 hours with myself teaching me about diamonds and helping me design the perfect ring. He and his family didn't just want to make a sale, they wanted me to know what I was buying and to be thrilled with what I purchased. After 3 weeks of designing the ring and showing me stone after stone until I found the right one, I was shocked to see the ring when I went to pick it up, it was amazing!! Needless to say my fiance absolutely loves the ring and receives lots of compliments from friends and co-workers to complete strangers. I would highly recommend shopping with Faigle & Sons no matter how far of a drive it is as their service, quality and prices are top of the line. I will never shop for jewelry anywhere else!!
