Clean Carpets USA lied in their ad, the owner promised a refund, but he never sent one. Here's what happened.
In January 2012, I purchased Clean Carpet USA's Groupon for $59. In March, the owner of the company, Gady, came to our home to do the cleaning. The next day, my wife and I looked at the carpet and noticed it wasn't very clean. It turned out he did a ""dry cleaning."" They promised a ""hot water extraction."" That's not what they did. After a lot of complaining, Gady finally promised a full refund. He never sent it. And he won't respond to my messages.
I do not recommend doing business with this company.
