Everytime I attend a class I know I learn something new. Bao Quach makes sure you learn the fundamentals from the beginning, so you do not get in bad habits. I admit it is frustrating but also gratifying knowing my form and techinque will improve after attending Bao's classes! Bao provides a great environment at the gym whether you want to compete or just get in shape. Happy to have found this gym!
