So far called I called in 2 weeks ago and scheduled to have an appointment to get my car fixed but had some personal problems and had to cancel, I like that they didn't make me feel bad and told me to reschedule when I can (very pleasant) called today to reschedule appointment which I did for friday told him my problems and he gave me advice in what my problems with my car may be. So far happy with the phone call and will update this after the service is done. He even said he can do it in one day where Honda wanted me to leave it over the weekend.
