I went to Daves Piano Showroom from an ad on craigslist which was misleading. When I was there he sold me on a newer upright piano, even though I though I paid to much. When it arrived at my house there were keys sticking and he wanted to charge me extra for fixing them when it was supposedly covered in the warranty. I was very upset and turned to a different local piano technician who took care of it for me.
