Brought in my laptop, with a replacement screen that Sony gave me. Infostream told me the part was wrong, and ended up being right about it. Sony didn't even have the right part for my screen, but Infostream found it from a local supplier and had it back to me in a few days. These guys are serious about customer service. Highly recommended.
