I had an appointment today Wednesday 4-25-2012 at 12:00pm to get my front leather seats reconditioned. they never showed up, I kept calling. finally I was called back at 2:30pm, and was told they stopped here at 11:15am and nobody was home, and left business info between my doors. I explained that they never came here, must of had the wrong house, and should have called me. I was told sorry they don't come out twice, and hung up the phone on me, treated me like I stood them up, and hung up on a customer. even if she would of had the right house the plan was to call me if she could come early. I could of gave directions, now she will not honor our agreement, this was their mistake, I waited patiently for 2 and a half hours thanks, Joe
